Jewellery care and maintenance
Like many valuable items that we purchase it is imperative to take care of them to ensure the longevity of their life span. Like a car or a home, big purchase items need to be cleaned and cared for.
I recommend removing your jewellery once you get home, leaving them in a safe, clean area where they won’t get knocked or damaged.
Avoid gardening, doing dishes, house work or going to bed while wearing your ring.
I offer free cleaning and consultation on the wear and tear of your piece. If your piece needs any additional maintenance I can advice on inspection on that during a consultation.
Returns & exchanges policy
Please ensure you choose wisely when purchasing your jewellery. There is no refund for change or mind.
Exchanges may be permitted for items that are unworn and undamaged. Pieces must be returned at customers expense in the original packaging. Applicable for pieces under $400 AUD only.
Shipping
All earrings and necklaces will be shipped within 3 working days of the order.
Rings and specialty orders will require longer wait periods of up to 6 weeks or longer over busy periods.
All items are posted via Express Post and have tracking a unique tracking number.
Each item is packed personally and will be checked for quality prior to shipping.
